Every product we have has been individually inspected by one of our experienced technicians. During this process the technician will determine the condition we receive the product. This is referred to as the box condition. Then they will grade the item based key aspect of that product. Ex. Is the item new, is it fully functional, does the item have complete accessories, is there any cosmetic wear on it, does the wear affect functionality, etc. Based on their vigorous testing and inspecting process they will grade the item. We believe in transparency and strive to represent every one of our products as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. See below for an overview of our grading scale.
Box Condition
- New – Brand new factory sealed.
- New – Sealed Inside – Brand new sealed inside open box.
- Open Box – Like New – Open Box! NEW! Never used. Full accessories in original retail box. Box may have scuffs. Tested fully functional by experienced technicians.
- Open Box – Very Good – Fully functional, new in open box! Slight cosmetic wear not affecting functionality. Please contact us to request additional information.
There is an option on all of our products to Make Offer – If you aren’t happy with our already low prices, make an offer by clicking the button on the product you would like to make an offer on. We are happy to work with you to get to the best price available! |
If you set up a Bstock account during checkout, or were logged into your account while you placed your order, you can find tracking information by logging into your account dashboard. If not, tack you orders here.
Items with the option ‘Request for Quote’ are items we have physically in our warehouse in Kansas City that haven’t been fully inspected by one of our experienced technicians. If you click the ‘Request for Quote’ button on a particular item, it will send an email directly to our team. We will expedite that process and follow up exact quantities and conditions of the requested item as quickly as we can.
If you are looking for shipping rates, we have a direct connection to our shipping companies so when you add an item into your shopping cart, you will be able to see the actual shipping charges, based on your zip code, postal code or country.
Some items will have to ship freight based on size/weight. These items are available for local pickup or we can provide freight shipping for the additional cost. Please email us at sales@bstock.net for a freight shipping quote.
Many states require retailers to charge sales tax and we follow their laws as required.
We do accommodate tax exempt status for sales tax with the proper documentation. Please bring a copy or email it to us at sales@bstock.net
The majority of products do have warranties! Some warranties will be from the time we received the item, others will be from the time the item is purchased through us. Contact us for details by choosing the Warranty / Exchange option. Please have the item name and/or SKU when sending your message.
